MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY:
If a particular product or service offered on this Web Site requires you to access an account, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Username and Password. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify GMSS immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. GMSS will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else accessing your account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by GMSS or another party due to someone else using your account information. You may not use anyone else’s account login information at any time, without the permission of the account holder. 

WEB HOSTING: The client is responsible for programming and for uploading the Web site to our Web servers. We do not provide free Web site development, consulting, programming, or debugging services, all the things will be done upon request and will cost you as our rates and procedures are. The client is responsible for keeping a complete and current copy of Web site files as backup on a remote system (not on our servers). We are not responsible for any lost files, information or data. Our backup tapes are for backing up our system configurations and databases and are NOT for keeping backups of client Web sites. Should any data need to be recovered from our backup tapes, there will be a restoration charges as available basis. We do not guarantee to possess the most current copy of a client's Web site.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES:Including but not limited to, storing and/or distributing illegal copies of copyright software, hosting/maintaining inappropriate sites, violating trademarks and copyrights, violating US & International laws, selling and/or distributing illegal contraband.

INTERNET ABUSE:Including but not limited to, spamming - mass unsolicited emailing, posting obscene or inflammatory messages, nudity, threatening other Internet users, and spamming our support staff. Any adult content, Pornography and pornographic related merchandising are prohibited under all Get Masters services. This includes sites that include links to pornographic content elsewhere are also prohibited. Similarly pirated softwares, “Hackers” programs or any kind of illegal software or shareware are also prohibited. Involved in all prohibited. Illegal use will result removal of clients and put off from web server without any refunds.

SYSTEMS ABUSE: Including but not limited to using excessive CPU resources, using excessive disk space, attempting to gain access to root and other clients' accounts (hacking), installing continuously running programs, and reselling CGI scripts.

We do not censor our customers' Web sites, although our policy strictly prohibits adult sites. The determination of, what is adult content & prohibited, shall be made solely by us. Should a policy violation occur, we reserve the right to terminate the account without any notice and the client will be held responsible for any damages to our business, system, servers, connectivity, reputation, service, network, operations or equipment resulting from its actions including, but not limited to, government actions, vandalism, retaliation and claims of libel, unfair competition, infringement of patent, copyright, trademark, service mark, or other intellectual property rights, violation of privacy, or other kind of tort.

Payment Policies: All accounts are setup on a pre-payment basis. All prices are guaranteed for the term of prepaid contract. We reserve the right of changing the prices at any time, until other terms agreed upon. We also reserve the right to change rates or pricing policy at any time but the customers who have paid for their account will continue with the same old price for their current already paid billing cycle. Also we reserve the right of changing the payment procedure any time due to providing better services to our customers.

REFUND POLICY: If in any case you are not completely satisfied with our services, you can refund your Full amount reserved for your hosting (Although we provide you the domain name registration free of cost, but we are paying for it. The Domain Name Registration fee will be deducted from your payment, which is normally 50% of your payment.). After 30 days, there will be no refund.

Modification of these Terms and Conditions:
GMSS reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which this website is offered. Thsi right shall bot effect the existing terms and conditions accepted by you upon making a legitimate reservation or purchase using this website.
GMSS reserves the right to make final decisions on all above matters and may also impose limits on features or restrict access to parts of the Website. GMSS may terminate user access or suspend any User's access to all or parts of the website without notice for any conduct that GMSS, in its sole discretion, believes violates any applicable law or is harmful to GMSS.

These terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights.
